We use a large part of the swimming pool and most of the main hall. We have specialised equipment for both the wet side and the dry side.
Archery and crossbow are on Thursday afternoon, from 2 to 5.
Age range:0-5 yrs , 6-11 yrs , 12-16 yrs , 17-18 yrs , 19-24 yrs , 25-44 yrs , 45-64 yrs , 65-74 yrs , 75-84 yrs , 85+ yrs
We are open to disabled people of all ages and are always ready to accept new helpers.
Membership is currently £4.00 per year and the admission charge to the centre is £2.60, which covers all our activities during our 2-hour sessions.

We meet at The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Centre and allour activities are on the ground floor and have easy wheelchair access.
We have changing beds and a hoist in the changing room, with trained helpers to assist.
There are easy access steps to the pool and a hoist that hooks onto the special shower chairs that can be used to travel from the changing rooms.
Much of the equipment in the sports hall is adapted for wheelchair use, eg; Wheelchair level dartboards, stands for crossbow archery.
