Lanchester Court is a specialised housing scheme suitable for adults with a Learning Disability, Autism, Complex Health Conditions, Mental Health and Physical Disabilities in Rugby. This is a purpose built supported living housing scheme comprising 17 unique living spaces, including apartments, townhouses and bungalows. We are a registered social landlord and are able to make adaptions to our properties to meet individuals' mobility, sensory or other specific needs.

The housing scheme at Lanchester Court has extensive shared garden spaces and a patio area.

The aim of our service at Lanchester Court is to provide housing and high quality, personalised support for individuals with a range of needs. Together with our tenants, we work in partnership with other professionals and health care teams to identify support needs, setting realistic and achievable goals. The services we offer focus on supporting service users to be more independent both around the home and out in the community, ensuring positive health and wellbeing.

  • Wet rooms in all ground floor properties
  • Fully fitted kitchens including all white goods
  • All properties are self-contained offering a safe, secure and enabling environment
  • On-site support team to provide care and support based on individual needs
  • 12 one bedroom apartments 
  • Two adapted bungalows and three townhouses each with an enclosed garden
  • One two bedroom second floor apartment

  • need supported housing
  • need some help with support or personal care
  • have a local connection with Rugby
