Kingston House is a Supported Living/extra care housing development suitable for adults with a learning disability in Bedworth. It offers spacious apartments for rent only, telecare (assistive technology), access to shared and 1:1 support and access to care services 24 hours per day.

 

Kingston House provides a range of community services with high-quality accommodation. It has been designed specifically to meet the needs of adults with learning disabilities, with your immediate and future needs in mind.

Living in a supported living/extra care scheme means that you can be independent, whilst having the opportunity and space to socialise with your neighbours if you chose. It also offers you support in accessing training, education and employment opportunities.

17-18 yrs , 19-24 yrs , 25-44 yrs , 45-64 yrs , 65-74 yrs , 75-84 yrs , 85+ yrs

Eligibility:

Applicants must;

  • be a younger adult.
  • need supported housing.
  • need some help with support or personal care.
  • have a local connection with Nuneaton and Bedworth or Warwickshire.

Costs:

The cost of living in extra care housing includes; rent, service charge and utility costs.  In addition there will be a charge for social care costs from the County Council to be met by individuals.

You must be contact Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council  Housing Options Team to enable you to apply or bid for any advertised properties.

Usual opening hours; 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
