Short Breaks Services can provide support and care to suit you from a minimum of 3 hours per week to a maximum of a 14 day period at any one time.
Support can include: day, evening, overnight or weekend breaks and holidays; and can take place in an individual’s own home, the home of an approved carer or where the customer resides.
Breaks can be provided in planned or emergency situations and accessed individually or in groups.
Support can include personal care.
We provide a person centred approach to supporting people to be as independent as possible in all aspects of their lives.
Our services and approach to support is flexible to meet individual and changing needs.
All staff under go a CRB check (aka. DBS Check) and undertake mandatory and specialist training as required.â€¨â€¨Our staff are also trained to support with personal care and medication needs.
Age range:19-24 yrs , 25-44 yrs , 45-64 yrs , 65-74 yrs
We provide this service throughout North Warwickshire, including Nuneaton, Bedworth, North warwickshire and Rugby
Support packages are costed on a individual basis according to a persons needs.

All our buliding based facilites are ground floor and wheel chair accessible and have disabled toilets.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our Domiciliary Care Services.
