Individual Support Solutions Ltd - Community Wellbeing - The Hub

We offer a Community Wellbeing Hub Service on behalf of Warwickshire County Council in Nuneaton, Atherstone and Rugby.

This is a free service to any adult with a learning disability and/or their carers.

We offer an information guidance and signposting service. Visit the website to see examples of help we have provided 

We can help you find information about: what is on in your local community, training courses, benefits advice, learning disability service providers and lots more.

The Hubs also offer a range of activities throughout the week, that may include:

  • Health & wellbeing activities and workshops
  • Keeping Safe courses
  • Life Skills Courses
  • Money management & budgeting courses

and lots more....

Some of these activities are free and for some there is a small charge.

Age range:

19-24 yrs , 25-44 yrs , 45-64 yrs , 65-74 yrs

Eligibility:

The Community Hub service is run on behalf of Warwickshire County Council.  The service is FREE to any adult with a learning disability and/or their parents and carers.


Costs:

FREE information, guidance and signposting service.

Activities: some are free and for some there is a small charge - see Activity Flyers attached for more information.
