Carers Trust Heart of England (Coventry & Warwickshire)

Carers Trust Heart of England provides practical support to people with care needs and those who support them. Fully trained staff provide direct services to support people with disabilities, poor health or who are to frail to remain living independently in their own home.

Where someone is looking after someone else with care needs, care services are provided to support them to have a break and time out from their caring role.

Practical services:

  • Personal care
  • Bathing, dressing and undressing
  • Assisting mobility
  • Meal preparation or feeding assistance
  • Assistance with medication
  • Support to access the community
  • Shopping or support with shopping
  • Attending medical appointments

Specialist services:

  • Support for the elderly
  • Care for dementia sufferers
  • Stroke rehabilitation services
  • Post hospital care
  • Support for learning disabilities
  • Physical and mental disabilities
  • End of life palliative care
  • Children with disabilities

Additional services:

  • Domestic housework

Service Access

Age range:

0-5 yrs , 6-11 yrs , 12-16 yrs , 17-18 yrs , 19-24 yrs , 25-44 yrs , 45-64 yrs , 65-74 yrs , 75-84 yrs , 85+ yrs

Eligibility:

Service available for residents of Coventry, North Warwickshire, Nuneaton and Bedworth, Rugby, Warwick and Leamington.

Costs:

Because we are a charity, we can provide some services free of charge to the customer, this however is limited according to the funding we receive or are able to raise.

Our services can be funded through Direct Payments, Personal Budgets, Social Services, The Primary Care Trust and Privately.

The cost of private care services are below:
Monday - Sunday
£17.52 per hour

Bank Holidays
£21.76 per hour
