We specialise in supporting people with complex needs, autism and or learning disabilities and have a very experienced staff team. The team have a wide range of skills and have been trained to be able to support people in a person-centred way. We offer a wide range of building-based activities that people can enjoy, whilst supporting people to access the community and participate in community-based activities. Through this we support people to work towards and achieve their personal goals and outcomes. We ensure that people’s needs are met, and they are safe, comfortable and in a pleasant environment. Each person has an individual Plan for Life support plan in place. This identifies what the individual person’s needs are and how that person likes them met.
