  • need supported housing.
  • need some help with support or personal care.
  • have a local connection with Stratford on Avon District or Warwickshire.

Costs:

The cost of living in extra care housing includes; rent, service charge and utility costs.  In addition there will be a charge for social care costs from the County Council to be met by individuals.
