Warwickshire Music is the lead organisation for the Warwickshire Music Hub and provides instrumental, vocal and curriculum music across a full range of educational settings as well as through our four area music centres located across Warwickshire.
We also provide lots of opportunities for young people to come together and make music at our music centres by providing a whole range of activities such as bands, choirs and orchestras.
For our most able students we have the County Groups which represent the whole of the county, each giving students the opportunity to develop their skills to the highest possible level of achievement. CMS also provides:
- Whole class ensemble teaching in schools through our UpBeat programme.
- Free instrument loan, plus a competitive hire scheme.
- Early years development programme - Singing Sounds.
- Sound recording and music technology workshops.
- Opportunities to perform at prestigious venues such as Warwick Arts Centre and Symphony Hall.
- Music Therapy for children and adults with special educational needs.
- Opportunities for adults of all ages for lessons, community groups and choirs at local music centres.
