Individual Support Solutions Ltd (ISS) is committed to providing services for adults with Learning Disabilities that are lead by the people we support and enable people to learn, develop and achieve as people.

What we provide:

  • Day Opportunities Support including building based Day Opportunities in Rugby and Nuneaton;
  • Support and care at home
  • Supported Living Services 
  • Short term support -if someone’s regular Personal Assistant is off sick.

 

Building Based Day Opportunities Support: 9am – 4pm, 6 days a week in Nuneaton and Rugby.

We provide a wide range of activities, workshops and courses including: educational, leisure, health and wellbeing, work, keeping safe and developing independent living skills.

Community Based Day Opportunities Support: 8am – 10.30pm, 7 days a week in Rugby, Nuneaton, Bedworth, North Warwickshire, Warwick and Leamington

We provide support with travel training and to access community facilities and be part of community groups and projects.

 

Community Hub Service:  Operates 6 days a week in Nuneaton and Rugby.

We provide a free information guidance and signposting service to any adult with the a learning disability and/or their carers.

In addition to this, we provide a range of activities that adults with learning disabilities can access.

Support and Care in the Home: Support and care in your own home at times to suit you, from a minimum of 3 hours per week.

The support can include personal care, shopping, going out, domestic tasks and budgeting.

Supported Living: We provide support to people who live in their own homes from 3 hours a week up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can provide sleeping in staff or waking night staff.

The support can include assistance with shopping, cooking, cleaning, household management, finances, accessing health and medical services and accessing community facilities.

Our staff are also trained to support with personal care and with medication.
