This includes money management for people who need some support to manage their own personal money and appointeeships. We are authorised by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as a Corporate Appointee to receive benefit money on behalf of those who are unable to manage their own money safely. This service is provided by our local team of advisers.

People in Action have been a leading provider of Horticultural Therapy for many decades. Our Leasowes Garden Nursery, based in Finham Coventry, offer flexible day placements for adults with learning difficulties supported by trained horticultural therapy specialist.
Our trainees with learning difficulties can:

Our day activity services are provided at Abbey View Opportunities, which is a community based day service. The service is located in the village of Polesworth. The building is located in the heart of the community, close to the shops, library, Church, parks, pubs and bus routes.
Abbey View operates between 8.30am – 4.30pm Mon-Fri. Requests for services during the evenings and weekends are welcome. The service does not operate on bank holidays.
We offer accommodation and support to adults with learning disabilities, including registered care homes, supported living, care at home, daytime activities and respite for family carers.
