We are continuing to provide a range of dementia support services for individuals with dementia and their carers.
We are accepting new referrals. Every new referral is risk and needs assessed to ensure we are able to support the individuals' needs in the best possible way.
We have adapted our services due to COVID-19 to offer greater choice and flexibility to clients and their carers. The new dementia offer includes a "Blended Support Offer" this includes the following services:
apetito are the approved supplier of Community Meals (Meals on Wheels) for Warwickshire. We can provide hot lunches & a tea time pack 365 days a year and offer a large choice of meals for a variety of different diets including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, texture modified and cultural requirements.
